S.S.V. College, Kahalgaon has a clear and transparent policy regarding the refund and cancellation of fees. All financial transactions are subject to the regulations of our affiliating university, T.M. Bhagalpur University (TMBU), and the University Grants Commission (UGC).
All fees paid for online applications or registration for admission (including fees paid through the tmbu.collegeesolution.org portal) are for the processing of the application. These fees are **strictly non-refundable** and **non-transferable** under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome of the admission application.
Fees once paid, including admission fees and tuition fees, are **non-refundable** after the commencement of the academic session or the last date of admission, whichever is applicable.
In the event a student wishes to cancel their admission or withdraw from the college, any potential refund of tuition fees will be processed strictly in accordance with the refund policies and guidelines set forth by T.M. Bhagalpur University (TMBU) and the UGC. Students must submit a formal written application for admission cancellation to the college principal's office.
Any processing fees or convenience fees charged by the third-party payment gateway (e.g., on the Online Portal) during the transaction are not collected by S.S.V. College and are therefore **not refundable** by the college.
